The location of this gorgeous B&B couldn’t be better. It’s right in the middle of town, a short walk to more than one beach, but yet down a side street, so you can escape booze Britain. Breakfast is organic and in the main room, so you can have a chat with other guests in the morning.
The rooms are simple but tastefully decorated, with a few unique seaside features. The wifi worked great, and the tv kept me entertained, snuggled in my bed while it was raining.
The owner is a surfer, so has knowledge about surfing in the area, can arrange lessons, and will even wash and hang your wetsuit to dry when you come back for the night….total bonus!
After staying in some real dumps in Newquay, I will return to Deep Green again and again, I am sure.
Deep Green Lodge is situated a stones throw from the corgeous beaches of Newquay, and within spitting distance of the town. Therefore this characterful B&B is ideally placed for trips out shopping, dining or a for a day on the beach. The rooms are spacious the amenities excellent and the beds are so comfy that I had one of the best nighst sleep in ages!
We enjoyed our stay in this charming B&B so much that we booked our next visit as soon as we got home! And this time we’re bringing the rest of the family!!
